Yesterday I finally pushed myself do a hill workout on the bike. Went pretty well and I felt good. Got in over 2000 of climbing in about an hour and a quarter. Today I could feel it though. Legs were pretty stiff most of the day, although that can be hard to tell sitting on my ass all day at work. Tonight I headed out for a run after work and it felt like a bit of a struggle most of the time. It also had gotten a bit warmer out which didn’t help either. I ended up doing around 8 miles in around 1:10 though which wasn’t too bad. Tomorrow I am doing a swim in the AM and then finally getting my bike crankset fixed. I got the correct crank arm and bottom bracket from FSA in the mail on Tuesday. Hoping to do a rollerblade on Kelly Drive tomorrow and get some food in the city. Should be a nice day!
